Imperfect/Seconds Leather Straps - COGNAC (5-5.5 oz)

**Same great straps, but with some imperfections  (nothing we wouldn't use ourselves).  These can have things such as scars, tannery marks on the back, blemishes, etc.  Each strap has at least one imperfection, but not too many.  Many are almost perfect.**
 
We don't want to toot our own horns, but if we are being honest, we have to admit this leather is the good stuff.
 
These premium veg-tanned leather straps are cut from high quality full-grain leather sourced from a reputable tannery in Italy.   Each strap ranges from 5-5.5 oz with a semi-firm temper - perfect for sewing on most domestic/home sewing machines, or for attaching with rivets.

*Our straps are cut from full grain leather.  Full grain leather is the most natural form of leather, and it is considered the strongest and most durable because it comes from the top layer of the hide.  Since the entire top layer of the animal skin is preserved, the hide can have natural blemishes and markings such as bite marks, scars, fat wrinkles, etc. (see the attached video showing what fat wrinkles can look like).  The leather will also develop a beautiful patina over time.  These are normal characteristics of natural full grain leather.
